If only I knew then what I know now!
I'm one of those people who has moved many times. I've been a renter and a home-owner. Each time I move I absolutely love to make the new place my own with a fresh coat of paint. But it can be challenging when you're renting and you're trying to keep the colors fairly neutral yet still express your individual style.
Now with the advent of Pre-Mixed Paints in North America it's so much fun to get into a make-over situation in the new place. Experience is a great teacher and after many moves and many make-overs you learn a lot about painting techniques but the best lesson is that if you have a high quality paint the results are so much more rewarding. Aesthetically and functionally! It's important to me that my surroundings are easy to clean and pleasant to live in.
I guess I live by the philosophy: bloom where you're planted. Make the best of the situation. Now that I've learned about Canvas Home Basics pre-mixed paints, it's not so daunting to have to move again. In fact, I'm looking forward to it!
