Paints with Zero or Very Low VOC's

Q. I have read about paints with zero or very low VOC's on the market, are they good products and should I go with one of these as a choice?
A. There are a number of versions of very low and even some paints that claim Zero VOC's, the problem is the VOC's are what holds the paint together and the technology today does not allow for a good quality paint with zero VOC's. Companies that offer a formula at 50 are the best products for the lowest VOC's on the market today. Many companies are striving to reduce the VOC's in their current formula's and will do so as technology allows.
